1. Nature of the products

No physical product is shipped.

2. No right of withdrawal

In accordance with the applicable law in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase when:

  • the service execution has started with the prior agreement of the customer, and
  • the customer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal.

By confirming your order, you agree to:

  • immediate access to the digital content
  • the loss of your right of withdrawal

3. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.

No refund will be granted once access to the product is provided, except in the following cases:

  • technical problem preventing access to the product
  • billing error
