2. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers via the site trekkasuite.com.
A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft, or liberal profession.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are exclusively digital products (digital content, software, online access, etc.).
No physical product is shipped.
Access to the product is provided immediately after order confirmation.
4. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products on the site does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.
By placing an order, the customer makes a firm purchase offer.
The contract is concluded when the payment is validated and the customer receives an order confirmation.
5. Prices and VAT
Prices are indicated in euros.
VAT is applied in accordance with the applicable European rules (OSS scheme), depending on the customer's country of residence.
The total amount, including applicable VAT, is displayed at the time of payment.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The available payment methods are those offered on the site (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
7. Delivery of digital products
Digital products are provided immediately after payment confirmation.
The customer receives access to the product or a download link.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify technical compatibility with their equipment.
8. Right of withdrawal
8.1 Principle
In accordance with European Union law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
8.2 Exception for digital products
The right of withdrawal is lost if:
- the contract execution has begun with the express consent of the customer, and
- the customer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal.
By confirming the order, the customer:
- accepts the immediate execution of the contract,
- expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
9. Liability
AZENTIA GmbH is liable in cases of intentional fault or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and foreseeable damages.
Nothing in these GTC limits:
- liability in case of death or bodily injury
- liability in case of fraud
- the legal rights of consumers
10. Legal warranties
The legal warranty rights provided by German and European law apply.
11. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The applicable law is German law.
If the customer is a consumer residing in the European Union, they also benefit from the mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
13. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform (ODR):

We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a mediation body but are willing to consider any request.
14. Severability clause
If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the other provisions remain applicable.
